Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases made through Blue Water Spa. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

Prescription Products

All prescription products are final sale.

In accordance with North Carolina Board of Pharmacy regulations, prescription medications may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have left the control of the dispensing practice, regardless of whether the product is unopened or unused. Storage conditions cannot be verified after dispensing; therefore, refunds, exchanges, or credits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made.

 

Pre-Paid Services

All pre-paid services are non-refundable.

Pre-paid services may be applied as a credit toward future services within the practice, subject to applicable expiration dates and internal policies. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded under any circumstances.

 

Pre-Paid Services & Promotional Value

Any promotional, bonus, or discounted value associated with a pre-paid service is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

After the promotional period expires, any remaining paid balance will remain on the guest’s account and may be used as a credit toward any service or retail product offered at the spa. Promotional value has no cash value and will not be reinstated once expired.

Any free treatments or rewards have no cash value and cannot be credited towards another service. 

 

Retail / Non-Prescription Products

Retail (non-prescription) products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased from a sale or promotional category are not eligible for return or refund.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by Blue Water Spa. Clients must contact info@bluewaterspa.com to request return authorization.
  • Clients are responsible for returning products at their own expense, either by shipping them back to Blue Water Spa or returning them in person. Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Returned products will not be returned to the client, even if deemed ineligible for a refund.
  • Return requests must be submitted and received within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Blue Water Spa.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of an authorized return, Blue Water Spa will determine eligibility for a refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the client’s financial institution.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.

Requests must be submitted to info@bluewaterspa.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Photographic documentation of the damaged or defective product(s)
  • Photographic documentation of the original packaging

Products must be received by Blue Water Spa within fourteen (14) days of delivery to be eligible for review. Claims submitted or products received outside this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

All resolutions (replacement or refund, if applicable) will be determined after review and at the sole discretion of Blue Water Spa.

 

Policy Enforcement

Blue Water Spa reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with this policy. This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

 

Rendered Services  

Once a service has been provided to you, they are considered irrevocable. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds for any service that has been administered. Our clients must accept and understand these conditions in consenting to treatment. 

We are committed to ensuring your ongoing satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your treatment, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns you may have. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your results, an in-person clinical evaluation will be required to evaluate the effectiveness.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.  

 

Gift Card purchases or membership payments are non-refundable.
