Purchasing and Shipping Policies

Sorry, but we currently do not ship outside the USA. NO international delivery.


We offer same day pick up with a 2-hour window. Our office will send you a text message when your order is ready. During the week Monday-Saturday, orders must be placed by 4:00PM for same day pick up. Orders placed after 4:00PM will be ready the next business day.


Blue Water Spa orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment authorization. There's a standard ground shipping rate of $5 for orders under $50. Orders that are over $50 qualify for complimentary shipping.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number. Orders may be split into multiple shipment depending on stock availability, which will result in separate invoicing.


All Blue Water Spa orders are hand-picked and packed by the lovely teams at our retail stores! While we promise to do our best to ship you your order as soon as we can, we are not responsible for any delays to shipping caused by payment issues, weather, or issues beyond the company’s control.


If your package has been stolen or lost, our team will be happy to look into this for you. Please contact us with your Order # and Tracking # so we can better assist you. Our team will open up a lost package investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the investigation concludes that the package was indeed lost or misdelivered, we will gladly send out a replacement shipment or issue a refund. However, if the investigation concludes that the package was indeed delivered correctly, Blue Water Spa is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages after delivery.

Return Policies

We want you to be happy with your order from Blue Water Spa, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will readily accept returns. Just keep in mind that requesting a return and receiving a return label from Blue Water Spa does not guarantee a refund for the return. Refunds will be honored based on the original return request and on the condition of the products returned.


Please note the following conditions of the return policy:

  • All products must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Items from the Sale category are final sale. No returns will be authorized.
  • All returns must be authorized by Blue Water Spa, and you must contact info@bluewaterspa.com to receive a prepaid return label.
  • Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded and Blue Water Spa will not be responsible for compensating your return shipping charges. Once a product is returned to Blue Water Spa, it will not be sent back to the client even in the event that the returned product(s) is not eligible for a refund.
  • All return requests must be made and received at Blue Water Spa within 17 days of the purchase date to receive a refund. Any return requests made or returned packages beyond the 17 days of the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Blue Water Spa is not responsible for refunding the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. Once your return package is received at Blue Water Spa, you will receive a credit memo email to indicate that your refund has been initiated. Please allow 3-10 business days from this date for your refund to be processed.

Received a Broken or Damaged Product. We’re happy to make this right for you. Please contact us at info@bluewaterspa.com with the following information and note that your replacement will be processed once your return package tracking shows movement: Order #, a picture of the broken/damaged product(s), and a picture of the original packing.


Requesting a Return. We’d be happy to send you a return label for qualifying returns. Please contact us at info@bluewaterspa.com with the following information: Order #, the reason for the return, and if the product is unused and unopened.


If you qualify for a return, then you do not have to pay for the shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will receive your refund through your original form of payment. Please note that refund process times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Treatment Refund. If you purchase a treatment or procedure on our online store at https://store.bluewaterspa.com, and end up not being a good candidate for the treatment or procedure, then you will qualify for a full refund.
